The hotel decor felt pretty dated. The room size seemed smaller than expected. The television was an old Philips model. I think that the rooms need some updates!

polite staff quick room service tidy hotel slow check-in old furniture ripped upholstery

the staff was polite. they were cute and courteous from the entrance to my room. the room service was very quick. the hotel itself was also very tidy.

the check-in process was slow and confusing. the room furniture looked old. a part of the upholstery was ripped off, too.

professional staff comfortable room friendly team

The staff were highly professional and clean. the new rooms felt comfortable and wonderful. i found the front office team to be super friendly. They were caring . the bell desk team was kind and helpful. They cared for our luggage.

i noticed the air conditioning in my room was a bit weak, and the comforter felt heavy, made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

lovely staff great service clean room weak air conditioning heavy comforter subpar food

i found the staff to be lovely. the service was great and efficient. the hotel rooms were clean. i also found the breakfast to be a highlight .

my room had weak air conditioning. the comforter felt very heavy during the night. i did ask for a lighter comforter, but the hotel did not have one available for me. the food quality in the kims restaurant was subpar, in my opinion.
